Details
Wal Shirt was the foreman of the famous Halvorsen Boat-Building Yard in Sydney until his
retirement in 1956. Wall Shirt continued to build a number of boats for selected clients and was the last of the very traditional timber boat builders in Australia. A true timber boat craftsman, as he did not use power tools.
'Tahoe' Is a classic Gentlemans Cruiser with beautiful lines, she has been well looked after by her owners with the cockpit, saloon and bathroom lovingly restored. The V berth has not been completed yet.
The Engines where replaced in 2018 and have only 50 hours on them. The owner is giving her timber another fresh lacquer in the next few weeks. The flybridge controls have not been finished but they only skipper her from the Saloon.
A great piece of history, and a head turner with her classic lines.
